The traffic remains at a standstill. Two police officers want to fine Sonia for raising the crane, but the female officer ends up sympathizing with her instead. Meanwhile, a filmmaker who lacks funding for his movie about Saint Francis receives an offer from a rather unusual sponsor. Elsewhere, a paramedic finds himself trapped inside an ambulance with a psychiatric patient, while a car salesman tries to swindle a vulnerable woman.
