Baron Von Kaos plans to rig an election using a hypnotic creature that embeds subliminal messages into music, brainwashing listeners to support his campaign. Testing it on the planet Azibi, he manipulates a concert to turn fans of the band The Salsifies into obsessed Pop Secret superfans.
