His wife, Marliya who is obsessed with traditional treatment, forces her husband to get a massage despite being advised by Dr. Syafiq. Episode 3 Rama is stressed because he is experiencing erectile dysfunction and is pressured by his wife to see a doctor but he is stubborn.
